I know IMVU has the ability to give out badges for free (they have previously done this) but I've been told removing this badge tile and refunding my credits is not an option. I'm in the United Kingdom and that call would cost me around $5 a minute, so that isn't an option for me either. They also told me I can call their Redwood phone number. I've tried to get help from their customer service agents and got nowhere. Considering this amount of credits would cost around $50 during one of their 40% sales, this is a fair amount of money to be losing out on.

I know for certain I didn't click 'yes' on the confirmation page, I just came off the page. I realised later in the day that I had been charged 90,000 credits and had a badge tile in my account. I clicked neither of these, I just closed that page in my browser. I did go right through to the confirmation page. Hi there, I was looking at IMVU badge creation on July 20th 2022.
